Montserrat College of Art’s President Stephen D. Immerman, Ed.D. led a workshop, Managing Change for Success, this morning, May 9, at the Enterprise Center at Salem State University.
Dr. Immerman discussed how to embrace change, be comfortable with uncertainty and capitalize on the opportunities it presents. He has dedicated his more than 30-year career promoting and establishing change in higher education to improve the lives of young adults. He is an influential speaker, effective fundraiser and creative thinker. Change is the status quo today. It’s not always easy, but it can pave the way to greater growth and success.
